Monochrome, Black and White, Candid, Studio, and On-field – this collection of portraiture evokes and translates vivid emotions. Focusing on the human face, these portraits lift the veil to the eyes, and the truth beyond them,  which so often get overlooked in daily life. In seeing the eyes which see, our students created these photographs with practiced and guided technique. The pupils, the irises, the adjacent crow’s feet, the arches of laughter around the mouth- all these make a person’s face, the most coagulated muscle zone of the body. Capturing someone’s personality or feelings through a single body part is not an easy task. Our students breathe creativity and skill in this widely practiced field to generate these evoking works.
